I do not charge fees for mortgage advice. Alternatively, you could choose to pay a fee and I will rebate any commission received from the lender back to you. The amount charged will depend on your circumstances but an estimate would be 0.4% of the loan amount which on a £100,000 mortgage would be approximately £400.
